Dear Supporters,

Thank you for becoming part of our journey on the quest to find a cure for Childhood Cancer. In our world, children didn’t get cancer. Not until the day that Gabby was diagnosed. The news was devastating but we never stopped believing that she would beat the odds and get better. Unfortunately her cancer was bigger and stronger than all of us and she became an angel to now watch over her family. We had a choice to make, do we forget everything that we learned during her journey, or do we fight back? During this time, we saw many little faces that were being diagnosed and also losing their battle to cancer. This is not a world we could accept. We also found out how little funding childhood cancer receives. If there had been more funding and research would Gabby or many of these other children be in heaven today? We decided that we needed to make a change. We needed to bring awareness to this devastating disease. We wanted to raise money to be able to support the doctors and hospitals that are doing the research. Most of all, we don’t want to see any more children or families have to go through the things that we went through with Gabby.

Our family has been changed forever because of Childhood Cancer. Madison and Katie, Gabby’s sisters are fighting right along side us because at their young age, they too dealt with the unimaginable. They have lost their sister and their life long friend to this devastating disease. They would like to be able to go to school and play with their friends just as carefree as they used to but life has changed for all of us.

For these reasons, we ask you to please help us make a difference in the lives of so many children. Unfortunately, it could be your family that is one day affected by this monster.
